Facilities Development and Management (FDM) provides all facilities maintenance services to campus.
Facilities resources
Service requests
General maintenance and janitorial requests should be submitted to Facilities Management. FDM prioritizes requests into five tiers: Emergency, Critical, Expedited, Routine and Scheduled. You can find a definition of these priority levels here. For urgent facilities needs, please call 480-965-3633.
Olympus
The university maintains a service contract for janitorial services with Olympus, who operates under this service level agreement. In order to best serve our end users, we have provided a copy of the agreement for your reference. Use the FDM service request portal to submit a ticket for janitorial items.
Unit contacts
Our office maintains a list of facilities contacts representing units in The College. For general department facilities inquiries, please consult our document to find either your unit's representative or a representative serving the building in question.
Zone managers
FACMAN zone managers are responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations in their respective areas. Zone managers follow up on minor facilities improvements and maintenance needs for their buildings as submitted via the FDM service request portal.
